For this blog I will write about the things I do in Poltekpar Kitchen Makassar. Tuesday 31st July 2018 we are assigned to make pie skin and also croissant. Accompanied by a lecturer who is quite expert in his field.

Croissant.
This cake is known as a croissant and comes from France. This cake or bread is made of flour, butter, egg and yeast dough.

Therefore the dough is thinly coated
because the fat is ground with the dough flour. In the bakery many croissants are sold. Some are plain, containing chocolate, cheese, or almond. Choose a round and nice shape as a good dough sign is formed.

Usually croissants are served for breakfast. Threaded pastry bread is served as a sweet roll or made like a sandwich with stuffing, such as ham, lettuce, or scrambled egg. The soft, tender bread makes the sensation of its own taste. During this time, you may know a croissant as a slug or a typical French bread. Actually, this beautiful and fragrant bread is not born in France.
