Ok for today I will write a little about the activities that I have done all day in the Makassar Poltekpar Kitchen which is learning about making good basic cakes.
Sponge cake is a cake that is often used as a base for decorating cakes, the texture is hollow rather coarse, and when cut tends the crumbs will fall.
for the manufacture of sponge cake can be said to be easy easily difficult because the effort of forming cavities in the cake will fail when wrong in the manufacturing technique.
many failures occur is the cake becomes down and heavy (bantat) ,.
