this time I will write about the activities of the last day of practice for this second week, where today can be said to be a happy day for our class because all of our work was successful and got an application from the lecturer who was teaching.
today I myself served to make sweet and salty puff pastry where this time I tried to combine Indonesian and Western flavors where for the filling of the sweet puff pastry I gave the coconut unti which was used as filling for the roll omelet and for my salted puff giving a form of chopped tuna then stir-fry using spicy spices that are used for panada filling.
Puff pastry is a pastry that has no yeast dough. A distinctive feature of Puff pastry dough is to put fat in the basic mixture through a folding process. Puff Pastry can also be said as a pastry with layers of fat that are between the layers of the dough layer so that when the combustion is formed, an open, brittle and layered tissue produces a crispy puff pastry end product.
